I am responsible of operation and maintenance of 200 MW Power plant.
Plant consists of 11 units of WARTSILA diesel engines 17 MW and 1 steam turbibe 15 MW, also responsible for maintenance of 21345KVA ABB and CONVERTEAM alternators.
I am also responsile of 132KV switchyard annual maintenance of power transformer 65MVA, CT, VT, SF6 circuit breaker, isolator, and bus coupler.
I am responsile of maintenance of all plant instrumentation like pressure transmitters, pressure switches, temperature transmitters, level switches, I/P convertors transmitters, BENTLY NEVADA 3500 vibration monitoring system.
I was responsible of maintenance of all electrical equipment like Diesel generator, corrugation plant, priting machines, straping machines, LV switch gear, boiler and all other electeical components.
I have done 4 week internship in PEL a distribution transformer making company
During my period in industry i have examined the following departments of industry
Inspection and Quality Control Department
Production Department
Maintenance
and Design Department.
