Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards for following legal entities on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
PHMS, SEHA, DAMAN, Yas Clinics, Tamouh, Union71, RAFED, TLC, ADSC.
Finalizing Consolidation Elimination/Adjustment entries with appropriate support.
Monitoring and Controlling Intercompany reconciliations and sending out reports for Intercompany differences.
Computation of complex Non-Controlling Interest (NCI) and finalizing corresponding accounting entries.
Review of Statement of Changes in Equity & Investment in subsidiaries accounts.
Performing analytical review of financial statements and doing commentaries for material Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss movements.
Review and finalization of reports and schedules.
Review of subsidiaries statutory financial statements and recommending changes if any.
Maintaining the Group COA and ensuring accounting is standardized across the network.
Detailed GL scrutiny for Balance Sheet Reconciliations of assigned Group Entities
Performed Control Testing with respect to Internal Financial Control over financial reporting.
Liaising with unit finance teams, interacting with management as well as other departments for timely reporting and resolving their queries/issues
Ensuring newly acquired subsidiaries alignment of accounting policies with group.
Dealing with external consultants for other adhoc projects and resolving their queries.
Assistance in preparation of Annual report and coordination with statutory auditors for audit of annual accounts.
Reporting to Group Financial Officer.
Quarterly, yearly financial accounting up to finalization in accordance with IAS & IFRS.
Production of financial planning, financial analysis, forecasting, KPI, ratios to identify financial risks, trends, performance & evaluation.
Receivables management ensuring the invoices delivered, the statement of accounts dispatched, follow up with sales team & clients for payments and coordinating to resolve the issues if any on weekly basis.
Preparation, reviewing and filing VAT, related queries raised by operations/business team and ensuring VAT law and executive regulations and guidelines are followed properly.
Monitoring preparation of monthly payroll-WPS, staff benefits (leave salaries, gratuity, and bonus).
Managing payables (AED 50-80m turnover/month), aging, queries, extend credit limits for major suppliers.
11 bank accounts reconciliations, Cash flow reports, optimal usage/renewal of the facilities.
Handling Letter of Credits, Performance Bonds, Bank Guarantees, Overdrafts, and credit cards.
Reporting project Profitability COS, WIP, budgeting, deviation, and sensitivity analysis.
Fixed Asset Management, Schedules, deprecations, disposals, related leases amortization, etc.
Carrying out closing journal entry schedules, depreciation records, accruals, prepayments, advances.
Develop and organize audit programs in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
Conducting and evaluating financial and operational audits of all field offices, area office and head office.
Ensure compliance with organization’s SOP, regulations, and legal administrative requirements.
Assess the economy, effectiveness, efficiency of organizational activities.
Business, operations, and financial risks and evaluate systems of controls.
Carrying out random period checks on financial, administrative areas through sample testing.
Provide audit reports on quarterly and annual basis and discharge special responsibilities assigned by the ED.
