- Managing and supervising the different tasks of the life base set up (excavation, civil engineering and equipment).

- Supervising of 4x60 mm and 4x35 mm cable laying works and outdoor lighting poles installations;
- Supervising of the structures interior lighting, fire systems and air conditioning systems;
- Supervising, pre-reception and the reception of the steel structures works;
- Managing the periodic field cleaning tasks, awareness raising for workers and HSE culture spreading.

- Managing the earthworks tasks, supervising the altimetry and geometry of earthworks execution;

- Coordination with the BET, laboratory and technical control organisms.
- Managing and supervising the site’s earthworks and infrastructures works;
- Execution of the different operations and technical and financial documents (technical metry, work count, bills…);
- Workers payment, fiscal, parafiscal and social charges (taxes, CNAS, CASNOS ...), materials and equipment supply.
