• Managed finalizing accounts, statutory compliance, reviewing customer agreements and analyzing ledger accounts, requirements and accruals. • Prepared and analysed financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.

Managing payments within the agreed supplier payment terms and ensures regular suppliers reconciliations are carried out. Coordinating with merchandising team for any inventory issues. Preparing variance reports of various revenue and operating expenses classes on monthly basis.
Encoding sales invoice for all the PO received from the clients. Scheduling of daily deliveries. Raised PO to local suppliers. Set up new suppliers on accounting software. Making monthly reports on suppliers and customers. Bank reconciliation, posting and balancing.
