•Utilized SAP's Plant Maintenance (PM) module to manage the maintenance of equipment and systems in the building, creating maintenance schedules, tracking maintenance history, and generating work orders for repairs.
•Managed to cut down the operational caused breakdowns to less than 10% through conducting proper training programs to dedicated staff.
•Actively monitoring the system KPI and implement improvements to ensure the highest performance of the assets.
•Successfully reduced the electricity bill by 15% by implementing new control methods and proper operation variants settings.
•Actively contributed with other stakeholders to achieve more than 1M working hours without a lost time injury by proper planning and implementing safety measures.
•Optimized the maintenance program to cut the troubleshooting cost by 50%.

PROJECT: FIFA WORLD CUP STADIUMS

• Successfully contributed in the pre-inauguration phase of 40000 seat world class stadium “AHMAD BIN ALI STADIUM”.
• Supervision of subcontractors and systems specialists to achieve the required PPM prior to major events takes place.
• Actively cooperated with client, management and subcontractors to assure the successful delivery of VIP experience.
• Contributed in the pre-commissioning and T&C works for 40000 seat stadium “AL THUMAMA”.

•• Contributing in the design and review of technical drawings for power and lighting systems and control circuits for 2 residential buildings G+6, and a residential compound of 26 villas.
