1. Expo :
• Follow up with the (BOH) about any delay in orders and manage the timing between the starters and the main dish
• Coordinate between the (FOH) and (BOH)
• Maintain the food quality and presentation as per the standards
2. Counter and bartender:
• Serving drinks, cocktails, and desserts as per the standards, quality and ingredients
• Determine when a customer has had too much alcohol
3. Waiter:
• Welcome the customers and escort them to the table
• Take the customers' order
• Pass on the order to the Expo and make sure that the food reaches the right table
• Suggest dishes to the customers and help them decide which dishes may be combined
• Check if the food has been presented well before serving it
• Before and after every meal, clean and prepare the table, set up and prepare the right cutlery
• Take feedback from the customers about the food and check if they need anything
Incomplete. Studied for 2 years and had to stop due to the July War in Lebanon
