Monitor project / operational location activities in respect of legal and other E&S compliance, report identified issues and to provide guidance / assistance to operations team as necessary;
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve E&S related IMS documents.
• Developed awareness regarding Estidama material review compliance with requirements.
• Updated Integrated Development Processes and Organizational Charts as necessary.
• Assisted and lead the construction team to ensure appropriate Pearl Rating is targeted and sustainability principles are carried over to construction.
• Provided the administrative support required to collect, interpret and organize all supporting documentation.
• Managed queries/follow up between the construction team and Estidama, including the submitting of Credit Clarification Requests as appropriate.
• Ensured technical quality control on documentation submitted for assessment, including calculations, drawings and specifications
• Support continual improvement of the organization performance to achieve its Environment and Sustainability Objectives.
• Facilitate the implementation of applicable E&S elements of the Integrated Management System (IMS) on assigned project / operational location;
• Prepare project environmental plans, risk assessments, and ESTIDAMA/Green Building rating procedures and plans in coordination with Technical and MEP departments.
• Facilitate the implementation of Project E&S related plans and associated procedures.
• Monitor all site activities in respect of legal and other E&S compliance, report identified issues and provide guidance / assistance as necessary.
• Allocate daily tasks / areas of responsibility to all E&S Officers.
• Monitor and provide feedback on all E&S Officer completed Site Inspections.
• Ensure that all / any deficiencies identified during inspections are logged in E&S Issues Tracker for closure.
• Collate project E&S performance data necessary to support the achievement of organization objectives.
• Facilitate generation and maintenance of E&S associated contemporary records.
• Participate in Internal Audits or external audits conducted by Third-party certification body as required.
• Identify potential E&S training needs and deliver E&S Training as required.
• Support the implementation of HSE incentive and disciplinary processes.
• Investigate all Project E&S related incidents, ensuring the development and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence, as required.
• Ensure requirements of ESTIDAMA Pearl Rating are met for assigned project.
• Cooperate with the company to enable compliance with the relevant statutory provisions.
• Assist with the training and development of contractor and subcontractor HSE staff as required.
• Follow up and ensure closure of any non-compliances identified through Audit or inspection processes.
• Provide suggestions to improve Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental conditions to supervisor, and/or QHSE.
• Assist with evaluations of subcontractors / supplier Environmental & Sustainability compliance capabilities prior to contract awards.
• Maintain a Project Environmental legal & other requirement register.
• Facilitate the implementation of Project Emergency Response Plans.
• Complying with EIA “Environmental impact Assessment” Outcomes, applicable laws/NOC’s, SEA "Strategic Environmental Assessment" and Project CEMP “Construction Environmental Management Plan”.
• Improve processes, develop operations solutions and attain major environmental compliance goals. Able to drive, deploy and maintain practical, ensuring and environmentally conscious products with a high degree of client satisfaction. Productive contributor to team projects and self-managed tasks.
• Implementation of the environmental requirements set out in the CEMP.
• Managing monitoring plans for activities within the ecologically sensitive area that contain but not limited to:
Air Quality and Dust Control Plan Erosion and Sediment Control Plan
Soil and Groundwater Contamination Control Plan Terrestrial Ecology Control Plan
Water Quality Control Plan Noise and Vibration Control Plan
Construction Traffic Management Plan Waste Management Plan
Water use and Drainage Management Plan De-watering Management Plan
Chemical and Hazardous Materials Control Plan Energy and Water Consumption Monitoring Plan
Environmental Incident Reporting Plan Sustainability Management Plan
Environmental Inspection Plan
The supporting attachments of the plans include, but not limited to: 1) Field Environmental Inspection Checklist 2) Reporting Templates 3) Monitoring Data Record Forms 4) Training Handouts.

Generate weekly report and site inspections.
• Conduct and involve in environmental incident investigation and report to ensure proper documentation
with prompt corrections made after accident. Therefore, prevent any recurrences.
• Guide and advice HSE/QA-QC team to promote activities on site to achieve the Environmental Project's
objectives & targets.
• Supervision of Environmental audits, monitoring reports, NOCs, permits. Managing teamwork and executing
monthly report.
• Examine corporate activities to establish where improvements can be made and ensure compliance with
environmental legislation across the organization.
Supervising On-Site team for environmental monitoring.
• Preparing BOQ's for related civil works.
• Following up comprehensive work according to Musanada standards and making sure all activities are
implemented correctly on sites.
• Preparing Snag lists, site survey reports, monthly civil observation report and any related BOQ.
• Coordinating with sub-contractors to deliver and take over completed correlated works.
• Arranging to request for civil materials and coordinating to order materials from suppliers, vendors,
procurement and other concerned departments while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of
services.

• Finalizing and clearing all payments and financial disputes between Khidmah, the client and the contractor.
Monitoring Construction Site Progress and managed issues that arose.
• Revise Drawings, specifications & method of statements.
• Conducting and participating in job safety meetings whereby any environmental issues will be discussed and
reminded accordingly.
• Advising management regarding structural repairs, construction methodologies modifications.
