• Responsible for successfully execution of the projects as per contractual project scope and of overall projects responsibilities in terms of results, quality, deadlines.
• Manage and motivate project team and provide guidance to other stakeholders.
• Report in a complete, timely and accurate manner as per defined reporting standards.
• Analyze the contract including documentation of risks and weaknesses
• Ensure that all pre-conditions are met for contracts to come into force
• Ensure that the projects budgets are valid and have been approved
• Communicate explicitly the tasks and deadlines towards project teams members
• Delegation of task to all project stakeholders in a clear and explicit manner
• Provide realistic and timely cost/profit scenarios including reporting on progress and time schedule (forecasting)
• Provide realistic overview of opportunities and risks scenarios
• Monitor receivables as per payment schedule
• Ensure change management measures are executed as per company policies
• Allocate and control projects expenditures and payments
• Ensure that claims / variation orders / design changes are processed in a thorough manner; select the most suitable strategy aiming for a most profitable and beneficial claim settlement
• Ensure the control of deadlines, cost and physical progress

• Responsible for over-all direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control & completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitment and goals according to strict deadlines and budget.
• Define and develop full-scale project plans, scopes, deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with higher management and implements changes / revisions as appropriate to achieve project output and to meet needs and requirements.
• Manage and control project budget, identify and estimate resources and manpower needed to achieve project goals, seek approval and recommend subsequent changes where necessary.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and make the appropriate recruitments.
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools to ensure completion as per contract time schedule.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path and potential crises and devise contingency plans, interventions and preventions.
• Identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and maintain updated the “Lessons Learned” register.
• Develop, prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, presentations and other required documents.
• Identify and analyze results and if necessary resolve and troubleshoot issues and conflicts together with the project team, in consultation with the higher management.

Oversee total construction effort to ensure that the project is made according to the design, budget and schedule focusing all the time on the quality of work. Interface with stakeholders (i.e. client representatives, consultant representative, local authorities, subcontractors etc.).
Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of the construction team on assigned project.

Select, contract and oversee the manpower; assign the manpower to construction sites.
Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required.
Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
Inspect and review project to monitor compliance with quality and safety codes and other specific regulations.
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
Discuss with supervisory personnel, client, consultant, subcontractors and design professionals and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.
Identify and resolve the design issues in the overall construction technique.
