I have worked in various industries such as automotive, plastics, metal casting foundries and industrial machining. I possess exceptional technical expertise which I have used to optimize, set up, modify and assess the manufacturing process of components during my projects done in industries. In order to produce quality products, I have used cost effective methods minimizing any effects on the production level. I have also worked as a designer in my last project. Based on my hard work and analytical skills, I was promoted to the junior level of manufacturing engineering. I started my career with KMD Pvt ltd in the year 2009 as an in plant trainee. In 2010 I worked with SSS spring manufacturing and by 2011 I got a better opportunity in TE Connectivity-automotive. To pursue higher studies I went on in manufacturing technology and there by worked in Sun Tool Engineering in a junior level. I have handled all the major responsibilities surpassing the set expectation of the clients. Some of the major job responsibilities I have handled are organizing plant to minimize the production cost, attending various professional training courses to enrich the subject knowledge, overseeing the work of trainees, developing new processes for introducing new products, maintaining daily and monthly records, and handling the raw material and inventory. I have completed my Degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing technology from MS Ramaiah School of Advanced Studies - Bangalore (Coventry University). I have also completed a Diploma course for tool and die manufacturing conducted by NTTF (Coimbatore). I am confident and positive that my profile will best meet your organizational requirement.
