Key responsibilities:
 Implementing HR practices and ensure they are in accordance with company policies and procedures and updating all company strategies in line with current employment laws

 Responsible for managing recruitment activities that include planning, implementing and managing requisite plans and processes regarding the hiring needs of the organization
 Provide technical & professional Advice to Legal Representatives for HR related legal proceedings,
 review all company civil cases
 Responsible for employees management by evaluating the performance of staf and ensuring that all policies, procedures, statutory guidelines and Government regulations are adhered to across all departments.  Analyzing surveys pertaining to employee satisfaction and identifying and focusing on the areas that have scope for improvement  Handling remuneration, responsible for overseeing employee promotion and benefits and ensuring timely processing of salaries by working closely with the financial department  Estimating the required funding and expenditures and implementing the necessary
changes where applicable

 Select suitable employees for special projects and programs and monitor their output.  Responsible for recruiting through diferent channels, testing, and interviewing programs, working closely with managers regarding candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
 Oversee all daily reports pertaining to planning, directing, and coordinating supportive services in the company & maintaining facilities of all camps and ofices ensuring that all the facilities are within the company standards.
Achievements:
 Managed successfully cost-analysis and consequently achieved cost-cutting in the administrative section by 33 percent, which reflected as a surplus of 25 million DHS in the first year  Successfully managed to reduce the debts of the group during the economic crisis, more than 50 percent, through negotiations and scheduling the payments through payment plan of 3 years, thereby saving 150 million DHS for the company  Organized the whole group by connecting several departments together
 Redesigned the structure of salaries to reflect benefits for the company in end of services and gratuity  Devised innovative ways of providing employee benefits by changing the source or altering the method for cost cutting purposes  Improved the productivity of employees by identifying the aggregators which helped in cost-cutting through a reduced work-force
