One of the local architectural consultancies in Dubai, where my responsibilities included the following: Involved in preparing conceptual design/drawings, lead the architecture team in producing good documentation/detailed working drawings by using REVIT & CAD, maintain and develop good CAD standards in the company and project coordination with clients, sub-consultants, contractors and suppliers. Reviewing of shop drawings and material submittals. Conduct a site surveys needed for design and comparing as-built drawings vs the built structures
A new architectural consultancy in Dubai and accomplished a tasks in a month, that involved the following: Study and successfully put remarks on hotel project 100% detailed design documents from sub-consultants that’s been on hold for 3 years and properly coordinated it to involve sub-consultants and suppliers and generate a production schedule with target dates of completion from detailed design drawings to tender documentation.
