receive inventory and supplies from vendors and responsible to the quantity and quality of the product. Recording the received goods, controlling the pending orders, and control the inventory in stores using Food and Beverage Management (FBM) System. Manage the quality of food products using Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Management System. Prepare Daily Food Cost Report, Spot-check Inventory at Food Store, Engineering Store, and Mini-bar, Prepare Monthly Food Cost Report. Record payable transactions using Sun System and allocate the expenses to the department correctly.
prepare, planning, lecturing, and evaluating accounting subjects, i.e.: Principles of Accounting, Intermediate of Accounting, Advanced Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Managerial Accounting.
As Head of Entrepreneurship Center I create, prepare, implement, and evaluate the Entrepreneurship programs (continuous and independent programs) for 5 faculties.
whole accounting cycle, cash control, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and accounts payable control, cash forecast for cash reimbursement and disbursement.

As Bachelor level, I learn basic of economics concepts especially on Accounting.
