Manage and maintain upto date documents of lands and properties. take care, manage and up to date Mutation of land, Vested property cases and other cases regarding land at ADC Land or Judge courts. Manage and upto date Micro Credit (406/420/NI Act/Money suit) cases, documents and related tasks. Enterprise audit (Factory Clearance, Fire Safety Clearance, Environment Clearance, RJSC Registration etc.) Base Line survey and Bench Marking Study . Keeping & Up dating Official & Personal Files & Data. Keeping Track of Legal Issues & Cases . Reporting Legal Issues & Cases regularly. Creating Legal Awareness . Maintain Liasion with External lawyers & administration. Vetting & documentation Of Land, VP, Money, NI act & other cases and Verify / Over View Deeds & legal Documents
