cost estimating team in their tasks.
 Preparing the detailed schedules according to the Construction Methodology and
Method of statement with resource and cost loading to prepare the cash flow
report.
 Preparing the resource plan to calculate the Man‐Power report with finding the
peak of manpower to estimate the cost (direct\indirect).
 Preparing the logistics and cranes layouts.

P6:
 Responsible For the development and implementation for using Primavera P6.
 Design Primavera.
 Core team training
 Preparing the schedule instructing according to PMI standards for implementing
the system
 following up & supporting the core team

CM:
 Responsible For the development and implementation for using Primavera
Contract Manager.
 Managing all sent and received correspondences.
 Managing meeting minutes, daily and monthly reports.
 Preparing monitoring and progress reports.
 Managing project drawings, shop drawings and submittals.
 Managing Purchase orders, material delivery
 Managing Invoices, variation orders and change orders.
 Managing Technical letters.
 Confirm guidelines applicable to the project.

 Reporting to Area Manager & Consultant (Weekly and Monthly Progress
Reports).
 Project planning, scheduling.
 Preparation for Material take off and resource Planning and Allocating.
 Updating the time schedule & resources allocation.
 Prepare the material delivery plan
