• Assist and handle Exit formalities for departing staff due to resignation/Termination/ Transfer; which include completing the Exit interviews, visa requirements, clearance procedures, releasing EoSB and repatriation.
• Induct new HR assistants, provide coaching and on-the-job training to them on regular basis.
• Handle the on-boarding process for both local and overseas recruits such as organizing their visas, travel, shipment, accommodation wherever required and within the policies and stipulated time frames and coordinate with the Training department and at time handle the new joiner first day General Induction.
• Handle Grievances and Disciplinary reports as per Company Policy, which include investigation, recommendation on the offence and closing the disciplinary within the stipulated time frames.
• Work with the operational managers and employees to maintain a positive, high performing environment.
• Promote work practice that engage employees and bring business improvements.
• Provides advice on resolving staff issues ensuring ER process are followed to achieve suceessful resoluation of HR issues and minimize any disruption to the business.
• Prepare monthly reports pertaining to payroll deductions, presentations and turnover statistics.
• Responds to HR related requests and queries made by employees as per Company’s policies and procedures..
• Coordinates, crosschecks and updates the Year-end Performance Appraisals of the employees
• Assists in improving current and designing new improved policies relating to employee relations.
• Assist the recruitment team with interviews and Candidate shortlisting.
• Handle All the internship & Apprenticeship for UAE Nationals provide coaching and mentore.
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director
Taking dictation and minutes.
