* • Leading several employees working on lighting/electrical related projects (such as Magnetic Energy Recovery and auditing projects).
• Putting proposals, presentations and reports related to lighting projects.
• Taking care of the pilot study project equipment maintenance.
• Doing some researches and studies about sustainable lighting and its applications in Bahrain to improve energy sustainability in Bahrain.

• Doing lighting technical consultation in order to associate the Magnetic Energy Recovery technology with any lighting system without losing the lighting efficiency.
• Project manager for Magnetic Energy Recovery technology pilot study on street lighting from the start of the project (from getting the approval for the pilot study from EWA (Electricity and Water Authority) though preparing the proposal for the project, formulating the project time line, doing some risk management studies, selecting the sub-contractor for the project and preparing the contract for that, working on the project for over one year off and on site in hand with HSE assurance and employees and contractor management to insure the project fulfilment during the required time period and budget.

• Studying the street lighting system reaction when connected to the Magnetic Energy Recovery system through doing electrical tests and light level measurements.

* Doing street lighting, related electrical design and coordinating with the other
road utilities and services for different projects such as Nurana, Cardiac Center
and East Hidd Housing Development in Kingdom of Bahrain, King Abdualaziz
Airport in KSA, Muaither, Dohaland, KRB and Marbu Projects in Doha, Khalifa
Port in Abu Dhabi and Kazma project in Kuwait.
* Doing street lighting grouping and some lighting design for different projects
such as Durrat Al Bahrain and Block 338 in Bahrain.
* Involved in designing different electrical services for Durrat Al Bahrain and
Cardiac Hospital in Bahrain.
* Participated in proposing different recommendations to improve the
employee’s performance and feedback based on the MBA capabilities.
* Involved in designing different electrical services for several projects like
Bahrain Business Bay, Wasmeya Tower and Bahrain world Trade Centre.
* Responsible for preparing new office for Atkins.
* Engaged in the design for illumination and lighting system and electrical
services for a factory.
* Involved in the letter writing for the project management, attending site meeting,
and inspecting the project proposing situations.
