Ensuring the effective labeling of cables and documentation arising thereof.
Administering and maintaining network infrastructure in the office (LAN) and providing operational support for the maintenance of the network systems.
Maintaining computer equipment inclusive of interaction with vendors to prepare and administer equipment maintenance agreements, reporting equipment problems and placing service calls for repairs.
Preparing network performance reports.
Monitoring network devices like routers, servers, switches.
Maintaining standards adopted by the PVTC (Pearson IT Test Administration).

As my resume indicates, I have done my professional graduation degree in Computer Science from Institute of Business Management Sciences/Computer Sciences, Agriculture University Peshawar Pakistan in 2008. Since I graduated from my bachelor degree, I knew system engineering is going to be my field of work. I am lucky to find a job and an expertise that I am passionate about. I possess multiple IT trainings and known as an effective problem solver who consistently follows through and who is proficient at identifying and resolving issues as the final escalation point. My ability to work as a team player, meet deadlines and go the extra mile, together with my penchant for detail, have contributed to my successes in system engineering. I am both adept and experienced in diagnosing and correcting network/System and software issues, as well as supervising, installation and support activities. My background has included the management, configuration, installation and support of large server systems and I have directed a wide variety of activities including the upgrade of server and computer systems, migration to new operating systems and the creating ,testing and implementation of disaster recovery and backup/restoration processes .
