JOB REPONSIBIL I TY :
• Providing services as an AP specialist for a renowned Pharmaceutical company with experience in P2P cycle
• My daily responsibilities include Pre payment and Post payment activities.
• Performing Manual Clearings to the open items of vendor.
• Working on Return and rejected payments for vendors by analysing the reason for rejections.
• Follow-ups and resolutions and assisting the helpdesk team with AP related issues.
• Also supported in other regions (APAC, EMEA) by becoming a COE user in the PTP team.
• Taken the responsibility for new transitions over call from client.
• Handling escalations
• Preparing team performance deck and SLA.
• Perform Critical activities like Amex card payment
• Supporting Team members and allocate the work as per there area of expertise on a daily basis and make sure they are completed within the stipulated time.
• Process Trainer and Quality SPOC for the team, Provided improvement ideas to streamline the process
• Attending Client meeting to discuss the work and preparing action plans for the upcoming tasks
• Provided Remote knowledge transfer to clients.
• Currently moved to EMEA ATR
• In EMEA ATR daily responsibilities include Processing of journal entries, Preparing and Uploading journal entries in Appian,
• Reviewing and performing Reconciliation in Backline.
• Performing Foreign currency revaluation, EICRs (Electronic Intercompany recharge)
• Performing Standard and adhoc activities in month end closing.
• Preparing Balance sheet ( ECC vs HFM tieout)
• Got Promoted from Process Associate to Process Developer in the month of July, 2019.
