• Design of Automated scenario of conventional industries.
• Skilled in implementation and installation of PLC, HMI and VFD.
• Experience in programming with Siemens Automation Software such as Step 5, Simatic Manager, TIA Portal, WinCC.
• Interfacing of PLC-SCADA, PLC-HMI, HMI-VFD etc. with various industrial instruments for user interface.
• Commissioning of PLC Panels on site and of site.
• Experience in working with Siemens PLCs like S7-200, S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500.
• Experience in Ethernet, RS232/485, Modbus and Serial Communications for automation devices.
• Experience in working with VFD’s of Siemens- Micromaster, Sinamics and AB- Power flex etc.
• Hands on experience with Autodesk Electrical AutoCAD for drawing Electrical schematics for various control and distribution panels.
• Basic Knowledge in Electrical and Instrumentation Design, Relay logic control and wiring.
• Familiar in control panel designing, programming and documentation.
• Skilled in applying fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of control and Instrumentation engineering.
