Estimate material costs and quantities for Production of Metal/ Steel fabrication product Processes.
Produce designs, detailed drawings and documentation manually or on computer and Making shop drawings for each products
Ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality, according to planned protocols using the appropriate technology.
Inspection of galvanizing coating.
Arranging welding tests (non-destructive and destructive ) with third party (Ceylon Steel Corporation).
CNC Angle Line Machine Operating.
Production of Metal/ Steel fabrication product Processes.
Experience of carrying Production process of Transmission and Communication Towers and Tower Parts.
Quality check on raw material to final product before deliver to client.
Production planning, timely delivering and Quality Assurance.
Monitor supplies of materials and ensure they are adequate.
Supervises and coordinates Site for Demand Side Management for Municipal Street Lighting Project(Ceylon Electricity Board).
•Completed the in plant training by implementing technical knowledge in practical environment.
•Welding and Fabrication .
•Have the knowledge in A/C and Refrigeration
•Ability in operating power tools like Lathe, Milling machine, Drilling machine etc.
•Knowledge in the fields such as Casting, Fitting, Fiber Glass, Welding and fabrication
•Electric motor services and rewinding
•Ship repairing (Engine overhauling, Boiler repairing, Pumps Repair, Valve Repair, Hydraulic line, Oil Water Separator ).
•Blasting and painting Structures .
