I used to work here as a substitute teacher. my roles together with other colleagues and staff, i used to prepare activities for children. carry out observations according to eyfs standards for different child. monitor their safety and more activities i used to carry out were all child led. there were open ended resources and continuous learning is always going on .
record observations and incidents and report it to the manager.
