Computers, Printers, Network Room etc.
 Monitoring of Equipments using BMS,
 Proper maintenance of CCTV, VAV, FCU, AHU, NSW& DCP.
 Experience in resolving problems either trouble shoot or repairing.
 Responsible for all ELV based maintenance and coordination.
 Performs annual inspections, preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance services on all
systems.
 Under general supervision, maintains, and repairs electronic / electrical related components and
equipment.
 Practices good safety procedures to keep self and others injury free.
 Preparation of failure report, weekly/monthly report and presentation.

 Monitored and controlled HVAC systems such as AHU, FAHU, FCU, VAV, VRF, DXU, CHW,
BTU Meters, Split Units, Chillers, via BMS.
 BMS - Building Management System (Schneider)
 CCTV - Closed Circuit Television ( Pelco, CP Plus)
 HVAC - Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning
 ACS - Access Control System
 FAS - Fire Alarm System.
 FFS - Fire Fighting System
 CCTV Monitoring & Controlling
 PAC controlling
 VAV controlling
 AHU controlling
 Chillers controlling
 FCU Control

 Experienced in the maintenance of all system related to BMS
 Monitor and control HVAC systems: AHU, FAHU, FCU, VAV, VRF, Split Unit, CHW,
Chillers, etc.
 Maintenance of electrical systems and L&E: MCC, EMDB, LCP, MDB Panels, UPS, CBS, lighting,
generators, lifts, and escalators related to bms system.
 Test and commission ventilation systems: Exhaust Fans, Stair & Lift Pressurization Fans, Cold Smoke
& Smoke Extract Fans.
 Check operation of Fire Dampers with alarm feedback and control logic.
 Integrate and monitor water systems: Domestic waterpumps, firefighting pumps, drainage, sump
pumps.
 Integration testing and maintenance: Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Network Switches.
Troubleshoot faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
 Ensure communication between devices using BACnet, Modbus or other protocols..
 Follow safetyprocedures and ensure compliance with standards and project specs.
