Core Responsibilities In Recruitment :
- Understanding and gathering vacancy requirements.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates and submit the suitable ones to client.
In Consultation:
- Conduct job analysis meetings then design suitable job descriptions.
- Participate in establishing/editing appropriate policies & procedures.
- Develop performance management system.
- Contribute in reviewing and customizing organizations structures.
-Provide support to internal teams in all matters.
