Carrying out cost management including forecasting, updating the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans and have accountability, along with the project team for the commercial performance and strategy

Preparing and compiling variation claim document with all relevant substantiation to the satisfaction of the Engineer/Employer. There by agreeing variations/change orders occurred because of the Engineers Instructions (Submitted variations worth AED 72 million within an yeah of joining).

Visit Site as and when required to monitor progress, Preparing External Payment
Application / Progress Payment Claim against Value of Work done for Measured Works, Variations/Change orders, Material On-Site/Off-Site Claims, Fluctuations, Special payments in accordance with contract.

Writing correspondences to client and subcontractors stating delays, damage of existing works, scope clarifications, etc and counter response to Client’s and Sub-Contractors’ correspondences

Procuring Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Consultant for the project considering the Time, Cost and Quality factors by Maintaining vendors’ data base, Floating Enquiry to suitable vendors.

Recommending a Sub-Contractor and selecting the most suitable agreement type by analyzing and comparing quotations received at bid stage and clarifying exclusions and qualifications within.

Analyzing and Recommending Subcontract payment application based on actual progress, pending NCRs, Cleint’s certification and Sub-Contract terms and conditions.

Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head.
