Provide personal administrative support to IT Department (Co-ordination with internal/external customers, Project based work, prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations).
Documenting & maintaining IT assets list (inventory update) & IT store.
Managing external vendors’ relationships and services for IT materials/requirements.
Arranging for new pc’s and laptops based on the user’s requirement
Training the users about new systems.
Communicate information to numerous contacts at all levels within and outside NAS.
Undertaking complete documentations for IT Department files including electronic and paper filling in a professional manner besides computer-based information.
Schedule and make logistical arrangements for IT meetings and conferences, prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Maintain IT office supplies and stationary supplies. Also, responsible for ordering IT Hardware/Software requirements, office furniture and coordination with Procurement Department on various requests using Oracle.
Maintain petty cash expenditures.
Maintain Manager's calendar and schedules, coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Answer/Screen all calls, respond and redirect as required in a professional manner.
Performs general duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Performs and arrange other duties as may be assigned by the IT Manager.
Primary point of contact for service levels, escalations and issues for customer. Responsible for overall Support Proposals for assigned accounts including qualification of new business opportunities to the assigned customers across all involved competencies, customer relationship and customer satisfaction within the Delivery Centre.
Provide input to help deliver transition plans (from a customer deliverable point of view), recommendations for areas of contract changes that can improve service and improve customer satisfaction. Help in developing service action plans based on root cause analysis, trends and customer inputs.
Review and manage capacity to agreed service contract for XML, DSA & WL partners. Provide appropriate account specific information, project prioritization & delivery as required.
Set expectations of service quality, availability and timeliness. Ensure communications on day-to-day service operations, service requests actioned in line with contracted Commitments & are delivered to appropriate customer staff.
Responsible for security and audit compliance, reviews & actions and provide timely and accurate Internal reports
Participate and recommend service and process improvements for MIS & backend processes to ensure all systems and processes in place for effective service delivery

• B.M.S (Bachelor of Managemen Studiest) from Mumbai University in 2011
• HSC from Maharashtra state Board in 2008 with First class.
• SSC from Maharashtra state Board in 2006 with Distinction.
