My current responsibilities could be sub-divided and summarized as below:

1. Sales and Business Management

• Develop business plan for UAE and Middle East
• Appoint Distributors and Re sellers in the region
• Define Sales Targets and growth plans for each country and partner.
• Realize and develop new Strategic partnership opportunities.
• Support partners in Pricing and special project offers.
• Propagate value based conceptual selling.
• Achieve Sales Target.

2. Product Management

• Position products and services in the market against competition.
• Develop Knowledge for self, team and partners.

3. Key Account Management:

• Develop and manage key existing accounts, create new strategic accounts
• Develop excellent relationship through outstanding service to these key customers.
• Respond efficiently to account needs, with better communications and improved co-ordination within agreed timescales.
• Make presentations, in-person visits to key existing customers and new prospects.
• Key Accounts handled - Etisalat, Al Rostamani, Wipro, Anixter, Seven Seas, Dimension Data, GBM, Inteltec.

4. Marketing:

• Develop product breadth and market share by enhancing and strengthening partner network.
• Strategic planning for promotion in order to gain competitive advantage.
• Promotional implementation like exhibition participation.
• Analyze marketing opportunities through partners feedback and self market research.
