•Maintaining and processing accounts payable transactions.
•Reviewing invoices as well as check requests meticulously
•Ledgering management• Identifying and providing timely resolution of discrepancies in accounts.
•Interaction with suppliers/creditors, preparing statements, reports and Payment cheques/RTGS/NEFT vouchers for speedy processing of payments.
•Reconciliations with suppliers on monthly basis.
•Credit note/ Debit note follow-up with Vendors/Supplier and passing Journal entry in system
•Knowledge of Kshitij Accounting Software
•Knowledge of Microsoft Dymanic Ax Accounting Software
•Handling Cashier job if needed.
