• Managing and conducting the entire International B2B SaaS sales of the company (GCC, US and Canada mainly)
• Catering to the inbound leads and monitoring lead progress and status on Freshsales CRM
• Facilitating the software sales via supervising the lead cycle and ensuring successful lead closures
• Constant and regular follow up with leads and clients via email, CRM, calls, zoom, whatsapp
• Performing end to end sales cycle starting from lead generation, contacting leads, conducting meetings, lead closures and conversion and completing onboarding process
• Negotiating about price with clients and offering deals to facilitate closures
• Conducting and giving software demonstration meetings to leads and prospective clients
• Continuous learning of the ERP software features, functionalities, updates and developments
• Initiating client onboarding process via creating client accounts, scheduling and conducting onboarding meetings and also maintaining client relations and giving post sales services
• Guiding and training the clients so that they receive the entire ERP software knowledge and understanding to smoothly integrate the ERP into their business operations
• Facilitating coordination and communication between client and support team to handle technical queries and problems
• Close coordination with the software and development team regarding feature requests, developments, bugs and similar client requests/issues, to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations
• Maintaining an average of 80% lead conversion rate
• Successfully achieved closure targets in the first quarter of joining the company (12 clients in a quarter)
• Coordinating with finance team regarding client payments and invoice
