Cleansing and Coding Analyst
• Migrate from a local database to an online database (PRISM).
• Quality Check the the migrated database on online system
• Assist in updating each of the database's Malaysia's Master Files (dictionary) on a periodically basis.

• Response to customer requests for database modifications by changing the coding and specifics.

- Worked on Global Project of BAT (Variable Pay Project) as Data Team in ensuring successful implementation of the online variable pay and compensation solution in 2021/2022.
- Supported the VP project in ensuring data readiness using Microsoft Excel to launch the online solution through data validation exercise on the global employee data.
- Worked on data migration activities using Microsoft Excel including report validation in pre and post load file validation.
