-Proactive crisis management activities: forecasting potential crises & planning how to deal with them
-Devise & implement appropriate Risk Management procedures
-Act as a support to the RM, PMC managers & discipline leaders for the identification & the evaluation of risks, also the implementation & follow-up of response actions
-Participate in meetings/review with our clients’ Contractor to identify risks & insure that Risk Management specifications are followed
-Ensure that the approved risk mitigation actions are integrated into the main project schedule and budget, by linking with the planning & cost control team.
-Monitor progress on risks & risk reduction actions, create & maintain consolidated Risk Register
-Produce regular Risk Assessment Reports
-Strong focus on public relations to recover any damage to public image
-Due diligence to existing insurance policies / programs
-Risk management advisors helping clients to devise new ways to mitigate risks
Duties and responsibilities are including:
• Responsible for Media Tracking & Evaluation of Global Energy Business
• Member of the organisation committee for the CSR FORUM in Greece
