1) Manage projects as per the PMI Guidelines through all the phases of the project life cycle.

• Manage the project team and use them effectively to meet project as well as team goals.
• Co-ordinate with all stakeholders of the project and manage their expectations.
• Mentor junior team members within the PM team.

Role and Responsibilities
• Project Manager for deployment of Wireless and Fiber networks at Sify Ltd., across Delhi/NCR which serves as the access backbone network for providing last mile solutions to corporate customers and Sify's franchise partners.
• Project Manager for building the infrastructure and setting up of BTS sites for wireless network at more than 30 locations covering Delhi/NCR and more than 20 cities across North India.
• Design, deployment and support of wireless broadband network by heading a team of more than 20 graduate engineers.
• Capacity planning for access network expansion using the network monitoring (Beacon ware) and escalation mechanism developed by Sify Ltd.
• Project Management for all wireless broadband deployments for Enterprise Solutions as well as retail customers from feasibility stage to the final handover of the project.
• Vendor management and Cost saving initiatives.
• ISO 9001:2000 compliance for daily operations and processes.
• Performance analysis based on network uptime, project deployments and support call analysis based on the agreed SLA.

Role and Responsibilities:
• One point contact for all technical solutions pertaining to Jamshedpur Branch, taking care of all clients and Tisco & Tubes as Major concerns.
• Commissioning of all projects in Jamshedpur including giving pre-sales support to sales teams, documentation of Projects etc.
