•Involved in role in fulfilling the requirements of our customers and placement of our consultants at the job sites
•Identifying new clients for company who have need for IT Resources
•Interact with Hiring Managers and Staffing Specialists
•Client Relation management, hiring people for our client requirements.
•Account Profiling and strategy development
•Competitive Intelligence Mapping Industry Trends Competitor Analysis (Projected Sales, Published Reports, Market Share) Analysis of Sales Trends and Generation of Alerts
•Working Closely with Sales & Marketing for defining Strategy for Countering Competition Market Research
•Prospect’s information reports detailing the company profile, IT ecosystem, pain points, Company’s value propositions, etc.
•Leading a team for client’s requirements
•Identifying new clients for company who have need for IT Resources
•Interact with Hiring Managers and Staffing Specialists.
•Discussing the details with the short listed candidates, conducting personal interview, matching the skills with requirement and negotiating rates.
•Conducting Interview if scheduled.
