JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Giving Food Safety Training daily to all staff and 8 hours FS training to the new staff.
 Preparing reports at the end of the shift.
 Supervising the entire operation of the Dining & Kitchen Facilities during schedule
 Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
 Checking stock levels and proper rotation of food (FIFOFE, LIFO)
 Checked the product, quality & packing of the food with time & temperature of the product
 Internal Cross Audit per week in the different facilities.
 Escorting the External Auditor
 Ensuring hygiene and quality of food according to TB Med standard.
 Supervising the staff to provide sufficient and accurate service to the guest & maintaining healthy guest relationship.
 Maintaining the H.A.C.C.P and Daily paper works of the shifts.
