I do hope you are well. Thank you for stopping by to read this. I've been very fortunate in my professional career having started off as front office manager at a busy clinic in Chicago. Upon moving abroad and away from the states my career trajectory was also positive. With trg I started off as a call center agent and was quickly promoted to Front desk Executive. Then was quickly promoted to Recruiter, then Executive Recruiter. Shortly after trg separated into different entities under the same parent company. I grew into a Manager Global HR role and am still with the organization.
I'm a native English speaker and a very hard worker. I honestly believe good communication skills and a positive attitude are the keys to success in any field of work. I grew up in England and moved to the states when I was 11. Chicago was where my career began as a Front office manager for a busy ambulatory care facility right in the heart of the city. (This was not a virtual post.) My 3+ years at Sahara Medical Center prepared me for the Healthcare (HIM, HIT) recruitment I was doing for roles in the UAE. I have recorded IVR's for almost all of my previous employers and have also served as Executive recruiter and Virtual Secretary to the CEO for one of the largest companies in the BPO sector (TRG - Virtual post.)
I have an American accent and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. My customer service skills are exemplary. I am currently interested in an in-house recruitment or administration/office manager/reception role in the customer service/hospitality sector. I do have plenty of front desk experience. I also have experience with recruitment for various different sectors and industries. Along with healthcare recruitment, I have strong track record with high-volume and executive telecom sales recruitment, financial services recruitment, and placement for the education sector. The recruitment I am currently doing is for AI.
My objective is to provide top-notch administrative support to my clients and/or source, screen and hire relevant candidates for my clients in as short a time-span as possible.
