Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues, expenses, liabilities and assets.
Prepare and review vouchers, quotation, LPO, delivery note, debit note, credit note, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and any other accounting documents.
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Prepare monthly account reconciliations \[Bank, Cash, PDC, Drs, Crs, Inter company’s accounts, Third or related parties accounts etc... \]
Analyze and maintain customer account, supplier account and review agewise analysis.
Prepare and review adjustment and closing entries, partners and related parties adjustment entries, consolidation of accounts, balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis.
Prepare and review a pay roll accounting, leave salary, gratuity and other employee’s benefits calculation and update the in formations in the employee records on HRMS system.
Prepares daily cash reports, Bank reports, assure liquidity & manage Petty Cash.
Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures; prepare Trial Balance, Profit and Loss statements, Balance sheet and other reports as per management demands.
Review inventory ledger, Stock Register and physical stock verification.
Performs other duties as assigned by seniors & Management.
Preparing audit schedules and working closely with the auditors to ensure that auditing is completed in time.
I have completed b.com graduation from MG University kerala, India and i have worked in Hindustan print company for part time as an Assistant Accountant for two years and after my graduation for for ten months Ihave done job for full time as accountant.
