* Preparation / Submission of material and submittals for approval
* Preparing WIR and follow of approval from Client / Consultant.
* Performing Material Verification and attain approval From the
Client.
* Quality Training for the Supervisors and Sub contractors.
* Closing of site walk report conducted by consultant.
* Manage and control quality NCR / SOR lease with client for closure
* Deep ability to read and interpret building plans and Specification.
* Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are
followed correctly.
* Quantity take off of material required for the project
* Preparing bill for the Sub contractor
* Supervision of Daily construction activities
* Preparation of daily work schedule
* Taking Measurement of each items on progress
* Making monthly cost report
* Daily project updating
