• Review of Construction Shop drawings, Technical Submittals, method statements, material approval
as per contract specifications and Authority requirements.
• Arranging and conducting Progress and Quality meetings .
• Monitor and reports to manager on the progress of MEP activities at site.
• Conducting site visit with supervision consultant to identify critical points and executed timely
corrective action plans to mitigate detected issues.

 Attending Inspection requests for Electrical works during construction stages submitted by contractor.  Assisting the Engineers in Construction Shop drawings, Technical Submittals, method statements, material approval requests as per contract specifications and Authority requirements.  Responsible for quality execution of HV/LV, Fire alarm, Central Battery system, Security systems, AV/BGM, GRMS, etc Installation, Testing & Commissioning and other site activities.  Attending Weekly Progress, technical & Coordination Meetings with the Contractor, Project Management & Client for Site Works  Inspect contractors works for required quality, budget and adherence to specifications, material delivered at site prior to installation and participating in witness testing for electrical works.  Tracking all pertinent nonconformance issues frequently with emphasis on timely resolution and completion on the field.  Maintaining proper records of daily site activities including photographs and submitted as and when required and Providing progress reports, key open concerns and issues logs.  Monitor the contractors resources levels, monitor contractor’s compliance to design intent and method statements, HSE, quality etc. as per approved MEP program of work & Specifications

Responsibilities:
* Involved in shop drawing / builders work drawing / SLD & Load schedule from design drawing and
getting approval to construction works.
* Involved in getting approval for the materials submittal, submitted to consultant.
* Involved in getting approval of LV Systems from Authorities.
* Management of material and manpower.
* Preparing Payment and getting approval from consultant.
* Checking subcontractors work and issuing payment certificate accordingly.
* Support the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the Electrical groups at site
* Involved in various electrical installation and testing for LV panels, busbars, generator installations and
ELV services like FA, Smatv, CCTV, public Address, Access controls..etc
* Coordinating with Client, Consultant Contractor and Subcontractors
* Plans and coordinates all on-site MEP activities to comply with contract documents, engineer and
government specifications, requirements and codes.
* Attend Weekly progress meeting and discuss progress of MEP works with client and Consultant.
* Research and develop solutions to MEP problems and conflicts through timely and accurate
interpretation of contract documents.
* Process Request for Information (RFI) and change order requests through appropriate parties on a
timely basis to insure the prompt flow of information
* Coordinate MEP drawings to insure all systems work within space constraints and code and keep
current and accurate drawings and construction changes to insure that accurate “as built” documents
are provided by our company and our subcontractors to our clients.
* Process Inspection Requests for site activities and materials to Consultant on time
* Closely liaison with project superintendents to insure smooth interface and sequencing of MEP
systems with various trades.
