Reporting to Operations Manager
Responsible for the operation of District Cooling Central Plant supplying utilities like chilled water for HVAC system, treated potable water, fire water, irrigation water to different centers of the Education City
Responsible for monitoring and control of HVAC system (AHUs, FCUs, Precision Units) of the facilities
Responsible for carrying out trouble shootings in the District Cooling Plants
Carried out technical and economical feasibility study to phase out Ozone Generators for potable water system
Responsible for compliance of procedure to all work carried out in the Education City related to operations and maintenance
To ensure that necessary Performance Tests are carried out on all major equipments to determine their efficient Operation and to ensure that scheduled test runs are carried out for all Emergency equipments as per NFPA standards
Authorized to sign all permits for the work carried out within the Education City
Performing on call duty after working hours
To carry out investigation/root cause analysis of any process deviation/operation related Incident/Plant trip reports
Planning preventive maintenance of the equipments and responsible for safely handing over to maintenance and reinstatement.
Preparing monthly report including consumption of power, water and chemicals

Reporting to Production Superintendent
To ensure trouble free, smooth and safe operation of plant and equipments with optimum utilization of resources in co-ordination with other departments and to obtain required production target.
To take part in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of plant
Making daily plant report, calculating raw material consumption and yield
Supervising production activities like start-up and shut-down of plant and trouble shootings, Incharge of whole plant during silent hours.
To take part in modifications in plant and process.
Authorized to sign all work permits, material issuing and gate passes.
Analyzing and solving different type of problems during plant operation with the help of root cause analysis.
Ensuring compliance with safety and environment regulations
To ensure trouble free and safe operation of plant & equipments with optimum utilization of resources.
Co-ordinating process activities of control room and plant.
To maintain all prescribed charges, ratios and process parameters to get maximum output and specified products.
Supervising production activities like start-up and shut-down of plant and performing trouble shootings.
