• To coordinate all activities of the department and ensure the works are done to the satisfaction of all customers/clients.
• Executive assistance to the HVAC team in times of shortages or emergencies.
• To ensure a logbook is maintained, all daily complaints are recorded, and the actions are taken timely.
• Following up PTW for all of activities as a requester and issuer.
• At first step inspection on damaged HVAC Package or AC for certain defect or fault, after that raise MIR (Material Inspection Request) to Warehouse for preparing material (if need), and choosing a group for repairing or any activity which is need.
• Preparing task description for each HVAC equipment's and AC for registration in CMMS software and give a timely plan for doing PM activities.
• Preparing lists of spare part materials and consumable materials for all HVAC packages and AC's.
• Following up HVAC PM Team activities according to PM Schedule plan.
• Taking action on each work order and coordinate HVAC Team for repair or doing PM.
• Doing Design and modification of HVAC systems include: Calculation, design and preparing all of drawings include: Piping isometric, Flow diagram, Ducting, installation equipment, Electrical Local panel, single line diagram, tray and conduit with AutoCAD software (2D&3D) with considering reduce construction cost.
• Preparing daily Report to Maintenance manager for HVAC activities.
• Following up discontinuing old A/C and replacement for purchasing new A/C.
