Ensure food safety and train staff to handle food in a proper hygienic way and in accordance with company standards.
Training of staff regarding proper customer service, customer greetings and new marketing campaigns.
Work with operation manager to ensure the delivery of the performance management process in line with company procedures
Assist in the development of all aspects of sales and implementing new initiatives to meet and exceed targets

Assist in the monitoring, analysis and feedback to all staff regarding complaints, and all other customer feedback in order to identify trends and take pro-active actions

Control the cash handling within the team to ensure all staff are aware of their responsibilities and cash/credit card payments are recorded accurately

Control all stocks and ensure stock takes are completed accurately and on time each week for accounting purposes
Ensuring smooth functioning of branch operations, Schedule making for Staff, Monitoring of business trends.
Making management reports on weekly and monthly basis, preparing cash and other financial paperwork
Handling daily operational issues and also handling operations for other stores on need to take care basis.
Making daily reports regarding stocks, sales and other paper works in support with branch manager
Ensure cleaning of store and also involvement of branch team in achieving sales targets.
Ensure cleaning of store and making staff schedule on daily and weekly bases.
