Work as a Business Management development & Implementation Manager(BMI) from Sept 2012 to till date.

• Develop and maintain an up to date implementation plan where risks are identified and projects delivered on time and to budget.
• Site Survey for consolidated LAN-WAN project.
• Prepare the survey reports, the network design & LAN diagram according to the site requirement.
• Ensure that commitments made are effectively communicated and carried out by operational/functional parties within Mobily.
• Ensure that appropriate operational contacts are identified within the customer’s organization with clear and effective channels of communication defined and understood between customer and Mobily for all day-to-day operational support matters.
• Manager for project initiated under the Major Accounts assigned.
• Provide a reliable, accessible, and effective escalation point for the customer on any operational matter and/or project implementation progress.
• Provide feedback for improving the overall service quality and efficiency and guidance to generate more business.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT COMPANY:

Work as a Service Delivery Management Specialist (SDM) from May 2011 to Aug 2012.

Responsibilities As a Service Delivery Specialist :

• Streamline the communication b/w DN Project Wireless Solutions & FTTx Operation team in order to define PMP, PTP & GPON scope responsibilities and act as single point of contact b/w engineering and SDM/BSU.
• Monitoring & control all deliverables in order to complete within time/schedule and site issues related to customer b/w engineering and SDM-Support/BSU.
• Handling & decision making technical issues related to PMP & PTP & GPON technology such as, NLOS, congested site and reassigning to add in migration plan, license upgrade, cable length issues which causes signal lost CPE visible/invisible, Signal and ODB issues.
• Assurance & verifying installed sites to fulfill all operation / DN-PMP-NOC/ FTTX-NOC requirements for future technical incident and verify deliverables and provide technical site completion and handover.
• Responsible for Core & Access Provisioning on the whole for all media (PTP, PMP, GPON, Active Ethernet) of all DDA, DIA, IPVPN, Ethernet VPN and International Links.
• Communicating with Pre-Sales/Wholesale Team in order to understand customer’s technical requirement related to configurations.
• Involve in Troubleshooting Process with FSN-OPS Team for any Back Haul Issues and communicating with the Customer during all kind of configurations change required in the Down Time provided.
• Responsible for Business Modify Orders like BW Upgrade/Downgrade, Change of Connection Mode, Media Migration and Relocation.
• Responsible for Whole “UAT Process” including Activation & Customer Handover for all media (PTP, PMP, GPON, AE) and activation of DDA, IPVPN, Ethernet VPN and International Links.
• Trace the root cause for any Sales order for which Workflow is broken and next Work Order not assigned to concern teams in coordination with ITO-NTG Support.
• Generate required reports from IT for daily, monthly reporting in order to enhance the monitoring and control of Engineering
• FTTB, FTTH & Active Ethernet sites wiring, implementation & configuration
