Administrative Assistant —Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Staff in this category may also have the title of department assistant, coordinator or associate.
Work as Pro and other admin work as well with multi task. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager by copying, faxing, and scanning of very confidential documents.
Develop and maintain HR databases, personnel files, and physical filing system.
Assist with recruitment through advertisement placing, phone screening, scheduling interview, background checks, and orientation.
Preparation of documents for visa processing and coordination with the relevant authorities, if necessary.
Assist in the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures which includes but not limited to monitoring of attendance and staff leaves.
Oversees group insurance notification for addition and deletion of members.
Responsible in issuance of employee related requests letters.
Assist in the processing of the monthly payroll.
Assist newly appointed employees with their medicals and Emirates ID processing.
Using my contacts to obtain police clearance certificates for all the employees.
Be an important point of contact in events of emergencies wherein employees.
Assist new employees in their search for economical housing.
Assist employees with the processing of their family visas.
Assist employees with the opening of their bank accounts.
Liaise with the HR department for visas and other HR related documents.
Liaise with the Admin department for documents, delivery of SIM cards.
Assist employees with opening a file at driving institutes in Al Ain.
Assist employees in obtaining admission at schools for their children.
Help to them Insurance in family visa who is not family status.
