Operate mobile cranes ranging from 55 tonnages to 300 tonnages for various construction and industrial projects.
Transfer Loads to Construction Sites & Discharge Safely.
Execute lifts in accordance with project specifications, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment.
Conduct thorough pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance on cranes to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, emphasizing a zero-incident work environment.
Successfully operated mobile cranes for diverse projects, including but not limited to, construction, oil and gas, and infrastructure development.
Conducted regular equipment inspections, identifying and addressing potential issues to prevent downtime.
Maintained accurate records of lift activities, equipment maintenance, and incident reports.
Participated in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry best practices and advancements.
Collaborate with riggers, signalers, and other team members to facilitate seamless communication during lifting operations.
Trained and mentored junior crane operators on safe operating procedures and equipment maintenance.
Assisted senior management in the setup, operation, and breakdown of mobile cranes.
Knowledge of different types of knots & hitches.
To recognize tie capacity of shifting tracker such as Chain blocks. plutei block. Wire ropes. Sling and manila ropes and to elect appropriate clears for a given job.
To check the load chart and follow the erne load capacity is per crane models.
Knowledge of different angels used gunning mobile cranes, Trek crane and EOT crane for shifting, lowering and shifting the materials.
Attend daily supervisor meetings, discuss and plan daily works of crew, ensure critical path is being followed and targets are being met.
Ensuring My Crew are working to a safe standard, following company policies and procedures and consistently producing and achieving specific goals and targets.
Worked closely with Origins heavy haulage logistics coordinator in the safe delivery and hand over of Compressors, PAUS, Pipe racks, Coolers, structural steel, control rooms and accessories.
Extensive use of all aspects of rigging and the use of mechanical aides, as well as dogging multiple cranes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ensuring effective collaboration with riggers and signalers.
Rigged and secured loads for lifting operations, ensuring proper weight distribution and stability.
Maintained a clean and organized work area to enhance safety and productivity on site.
