1 - Funds and treasury management.
2 - Budgeting and forecasting with periodical controls.
3 - Ensure smooth translation of foreign books of accounts.
4 - Cash Flows preparations for monthly closing of financials.
5 - Preparations of MIS reports.
6 - Preparation of Debtors aging for monthly financials.
7 - Cash & Bank reconciliations.
8 - Free Cash Flow actual and forecasting for management accounts.
9 - Inter Business Areas reconciliations with other BA's on monthly basis.
10 - Maintain different log's such as Medical & Leave Fare assistance(LFA's) of the employees.
11 - Adjustment of advances of the employees regarding their advance against travel, advance against expenses & advance against salaries.
12 - Booking of the final settlements of the employees.
13 - Assist on different assignments assigned by the Accounts Inchagre.
14 - Deduct taxes(Income Tax & Sales Tax) from suppliers and services providers invoices.
15 - Maintain EPC Business Area complete record of the withholding Income tax & sales tax, its submission to revenue authorities on weekly and monthly basis as per govt rules and regulations.
Working in payment section of EPC Business Area(Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Seeing Banks, Bank Payments, Daily Bank Positions, Weekly Funds Position accordingly funds available in domestic & as well in Foreign Banks, Bank reconciliation, Debtors aging, Monthly Cash Flows, Rolling Cash Flows, Cash Reconciliation with the Cashier & ledger, Withholding Tax Working (deduction of withholding tax & On-line deposit of withholding tax), Working of General Sales Tax & its submission.
