3. Maintaining adequate stock levels by monitoring inventory levels and making timely orders. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and minimizing loss or theft.
4. Overseeing the store's financial performance, including analyzing sales figures, managing expenses, and creating budgets. Monitoring profitability and taking appropriate actions to improve financial results.
5. Ensuring that the store's layout and displays are visually appealing and effectively promote products. Implementing strategies to maximize sales through visual merchandising techniques.
6. Ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Managing store security, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Providing regular reports to senior management on store performance, sales, and other key metrics.
8. Resolving any operational, staffing, or customer-related issues that may arise.
Inventory Controlling:
1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of food supplies.
2. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
3. Monitor stock levels and order supplies to avoid shortages.
4. Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
6. Generate inventory reports for management review.
