Preparation of Payment Applications for Client, Review of claims, variations, extension of time, Liquidated Ascertain Damages, Non Complaince Reports.
• Review of tender documents like conditions of contract, specifications, drawings & BOQ.
• Preparation of Interim payment application, monthly valuation & certification from consultant.
• Responsible for Quantities take-off, BBS and approval from consultant of project.
• Prepare variations, claims, extension of time and approval for the same.
• Rising all technical discrepancies from the tender documents to consultant.
• Reconciliation of materials and reporting to Project manager.
• Knowledge of FIDIC and implementation wherever required for claims, variations.
• Coordination with the subcontractors, site visit & attending meetings.
