Reporting to Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Director of ICT in Dubai Refreshments Co (PEPSI); the leading bottling plant for PEPSICO in the United Arab Emirates.
 Performs thorough review of all the “Order to Cash” processes which include the receiving and processing of Sales orders until the management of credit; and ensure the proper linkage of the processes in system and workability by constant monitoring.
 Assist SAP Functional Consultant in configuration of new SD/DSD, CRM and Raodnet Applications for related changes in System.
 Work closely with integration experts to set up effective workability of cross-functional modules.
 Understand Business needs and take Initiatives and Design independent sales models (related to Organization Structure) based on business needs and present to Management for approvals.
 Holds Accountability on creation and delivery of integration strategy as proposed by Management.
 Motivates, Inspire and involve people so as to ensure effective usage of current systems as implemented.
 Independently manage the ongoing structure as implemented as part of Maintenance.
 Perform major role in the review and implementation of cut-over strategy during all implementations. Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) during the phase for all dependencies.
 Responsible for constant monitoring and directing team for effective budget control and target setting.
 Set up the Sales MIS using the SAP BI and BO modules

 Worked as a DRC team lead in the deployment of SAP Sales and Distribution & Direct Store Delivery(SAP SD/DSD), Customer Relationship Manageemnt (SAP CRM)

Sales Reports: Preparation of Sales/Analysis reports Analyzing actual sales by month vs. target, vs. YGO, and uploads on daily sales reports on the shared folder. Provide leadership and direction to the multicultural team of 44 people as Territory Development Coordinator reporting to the National Sales Manager of Dubai Refreshment Co. (PEPSI) the leading bottling Plant for PEPSI CO in the United Arab Emirates.
 Planned, directed and controlled the daily sales activities of subordinates engaged in promoting the sales of PEPSI Brand of Soft Drinks Products through retail establishments including payment collection and merchandising in the assigned territory of Dubai.
 Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals and monitor sales performance.
 Plan routes and schedule drivers, vehicles and deliveries and pickups based on driver, company and customer information.
 Accompany Sales Executives on visits to customers to evaluate work performance, ascertain customer problems and detect market trends.
 Investigate customer complaints and paid claims for damaged articles.
 Initiate and suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
 Maintain control over wastage level and was instrumental in enhancing sales revenue and launch of new SKU’s and successfully achieved distribution targets.
 Perform route analysis, new outlets identification and development, route ride to ensure all the outlets had enough products available till the next day delivery.
 Provide team with guidance, motivation, and discipline to consistently achieve sales & customer satisfaction. Conduct regular meetings with staff to know their feedback.
 Review sales orders, and records of new and delinquent accounts to ascertain market conditions and status of customers' accounts.
 Analyze percentage of expiry and performed final forecasting of sales and made necessary arrangements for fresh product availability with Accounts.
 Prepare business analysis reports - Compile sales figures and report problems to management.
 Confer with management and sales personnel to formulate plans for meeting competition and improving sales.
 Assist the Channel Sales Manager in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns. Planning & distribution of all promotional stocks across the territory including P.O.S.M.s.
 Ensure balanced distribution of all SKU’s across the Channel and merchandising guidelines are fulfilled across the channel during the promotions.
