Mediate between sales team and management to address complaints and dissatisfaction for both parties
Supervise sales associates and handle change requests by customers, as well as check that goods are in good condition
Be acquainted with sales items and procedures in the department in order to provide accurate information to clients that can enhance sale transactions
Train members of the sales team in order to make them better sales associates
Have a positive approach to sales strategies and motivate sales associates to keep their heads up in both good and bad moments in the sales department
Develop sales strategies to reach new customers and also grab the attention of already existing ones to boost sales in the department
Conducting inspection and test per control plan, work instruction and procedures.
Responsible for group of operators and carry out manpower utilization effectively to meet shipment
Conduct on the job training of operators and ensure they follow the work instruction and understand the defect criteria as at when required
Assist supervisors and head of Leaded/Molded inductor production in the daily running of production
Verify rejects from line and daily reporting of production output
Liaise with technician for machine set-up and machine down/problem
Ensure operators achieve/perform to daily targets and outputs
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties of the Food and Beverage Server include but are not limited to the following:
• Greet patrons, present menus, inform of any specials, make recommendations and
answer questions regarding food and beverage items
• Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff in a timely fashion
• Up-sell wine and beverage items to compliment food selections
• Serve all food and beverage orders efficiently using proper fine-dining techniques
• Ensure guest satisfaction and report any problems or concerns to Dining Room
Supervisor and/or Chef
• Maintain accurate guest charge accounts
• Present bills and process cash, credit or debit payments for “walk-in” patrons
• Ensure that the dining room area is properly set, cleared and re-set throughout the entire
shift
• Ensure the dining room, bar, and mail lodge are always clean and tidy
Obtain/ receive merchandise, totals bill, accepts payment and makes change for customers in retail store
Set up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters/ tables topromote sales
Stamps, marks or tags price on merchandise
Obtains merchandise requested by customer or receives merchandise selected by customer
Answer customer’s questions concerning location, price and use of merchandise
Accepts payment and make change
Wraps or bags merchandise for customers
Cleans shelves, counters or tables
Removes and records amount of cash in register at end of shift
May calculate sales discount to determine price
May keep record of sales, prepare inventory of stock, or order merchandise
May be designated according to product sold or type of store
