-responsible for preparation and process PO's and contracts for suppliers and sub contractors as per the company policy and procedures.
-prepare, issue and finalize PO's and contracts for the suppliers and sub contractors accordingly the approved specifications and agreed terms and conditions .
-monitor, follow and co ordinate deliveries of materials with suppliers ( local & overseas ).
-receiving all suppliers and sub-contractors claims for revising, comparing with PO or contract terms then recording correct claims and submitting to finance department .
