-Conceptualize and conceive display plan for seasonal window displays, in coordination
with the design and merchandising team. The developed concepts should be aligned
torards the highlight story for the season, thus providing the customers with a sneak
peek on what the brand has to offer for the season.
-Ideate capsule displays for instore promotions, to highlight specific stories.
-Support the store and Regional team with in store graphic elements and signages.
-Come up with display solutions for various marketing activities. The displays should
highlight the brand DNA in an aesthetically engaging manner.
-Management of promotions in terms of graphic requirements and support the marketing
team with adaptations of instore elements over various platforms.
-Video content adaptations for stores to ensure that the brand campaign videos are
higlighted across platforms for maximum custmoer reach.
-Idealize the actual store design plan for renovations and NSOs, with 3D rendered views.
-Create and maintain campiagn graphics with high visual aesthetics, highlighting the
brand relevance.

CONCEPT VISUAL MERCHANDISER at Home Centre - Landmark Group

-Research and update on trends in Visual Merchandising & bring in innovation in the
design and presentation of products with the usage of new techniques or elements.
-Strategize, plan and optimize space design, keeping in mind the product relevance,
adjacency, and category flow.
-Ideate new creative concepts for pre-planograms in line with the global trends and
coordinate with the buying team, well in advance of the seasonal launch to help the
team plan the product order.
-Derive new planogram concepts enabling season kit launch with the right props - SS
and AW.
-Derive new display concepts with the combination of categories as per consumer
behavior for GTLs, Window, and Atrium display & are completed well in advance and
the timelines are followed.
-Create display plans and mood boards for furniture concepts. The mood board should
suggest the look that the bedroom shall portray for the season, which should be
decided on the grounds of solid research on global trends, styles, and colors.
-Plan and create guidelines or processes that can improvise VM ways of working, that
can help improve the look and feel of stores.
-Plan workshops and store setups for effective NSO and Seasonal launches.
-Conduct workshops and training for store & regional teams to deliver efficient
implementation.
-Come up with ideas on how to upgrade the displays, and techniques or styles that
can be adapted, both on the immediate & extended levels.

REGIONAL VISUAL MERCHANDISER at HOMECENTRE

-VM lead for Visual Merchandisers of TN & KL region.
-Coordinating and guiding a team of 13 towards the goal of maintaining the brand guidelines &
store standards.
-Responsible for creating & maintaining aesthetic visual displays in all stores across the
region.
-Conducting VM workshops to refresh the store looks and strategically analyze the sale
through and come up with display solutions to boost up slow movers.
-Ensuring all the New Store Openings are done effectively in coordination with the national VM
Head and the Corporate VM Manager and validate that all preparations are done, well in
advance for the store opening workshops.
-Responsible for seasonal launches to be completed effectively across all stores in the region,
well within the timelines.
-Conduct weekly reviews with store Visual Merchandisers to ensure that all brand standards
and guidelines are maintained and guide the team to plan and rectify any shortfalls, that are
identified in the process.
-Plan store visits and conduct floor walks with the store team to analyze the store layout and
product flow, and suggest changes if required.
-Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing for the seasonal launches and display setups,
without compromising on the quality.
-Coordinate with vendors and ensure the timely delivery of VM props and other elements and
timely execution of the display setups.
